INTRODUCTION
UPTOWN LLC (the "Company", “Sponsor”, or “Promoter”) hosts an interactive and social platform via https://www.Uptownsweeps.com ("Website," "Platform," or "Uptown"). The Company also offers Participants Sweepstakes Entries referred to as "Sweep Coins" ("Sweep Coins") as set out in these Sweepstakes Rules. Sweep Coins may be used to play games in Promotional Play for a chance to win further Sweep Coins which are redeemable for real prizes and real cash. These Sweepstakes Rules are to be read in conjunction with the Company's Terms and Conditions and are not meant as a replacement. Terms which are defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in these Sweepstakes Rules. Additionally, the Company's Privacy Policy expressly applies to these Sweepstakes Rules and any information provided by a Participant pursuant to these Sweepstakes Rules will be subject to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
1. DEFINITIONS
For purposes of these Sweepstakes Rules, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
Company, SPONSOR, or PROMOTER means Uptown LLC, a Nevada limited liability company .
Platform, Website, or Uptown means the interactive social platform accessible at https://www.Uptownsweeps.com.
Participant means an eligible individual who has registered for a Customer Account and participates in the Sweepstakes in accordance with these Sweepstakes Rules.
Sweep Coins means sweepstakes entries that may be used to play games in Promotional Play for a chance to win prizes redeemable for cash or other rewards.
Gold Coins means virtual currency used exclusively for Standard Play with no cash redemption value.
Customer Account means the registered account created by a Participant on the Platform.
Promotional Play means the mode of gameplay where Participants wager Sweep Coins for the opportunity to win additional Sweep Coins redeemable for prizes.
Standard Play means the mode of gameplay where Participants use Gold Coins for entertainment purposes only, with no opportunity to win redeemable prizes.
Jurisdiction means the state, territory, province, or district in which a Participant legally resides.
Prohibited Jurisdiction means California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, and Washington

3. ELIGIBILITY TO PLAY IN PROMOTIONAL PLAY
3.1. General Eligibility. The Company's Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (minimum eighteen (18 ) years old) residing in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding the Prohibited Jurisdictions listed below. PARTICIPATION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
3.2. Prohibited Jurisdictions. PARTICIPATION IS VOID IN THE STATES OF California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, and Washington .
Residents of these states are not eligible to participate in Promotional Play. See the Company's Terms and Conditions for more information.
3.3. Employee Exclusions. The following individuals are not eligible to participate or win:
(a) Employees of the Company and its respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising, promotional, and judging agencies, including any administrator of this Sweepstakes;
(b) officers, directors, and employees of the entities listed in subsection (a);
(c) immediate family members (spouses, parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, and step-siblings and their respective spouses) of individuals listed in subsections (a) and (b);
(d) household members (whether or not related) of individuals listed in subsections (a) and (b).
3.4. Legal Compliance. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations. It is the sole responsibility of the Participant to determine whether their participation in the Sweepstakes is legal and compliant with all regulations in the jurisdiction where they reside.
3.5. Agreement to Sweepstakes Rules. Participation in the Company's Sweepstakes constitutes the Participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Sweepstakes Rules, the Company's Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and all Company decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
3.6. Account Ownership Disputes. In the event of a dispute as to the ownership of any Sweep Coins or Customer Account, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register the Customer Account will be deemed to be the Participant. The "authorized account holder" is the person assigned the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.
3.7. Self-Exclusion Programs. Participants are not eligible to enter or participate in the Sweepstakes if they are currently enrolled in, or have registered with, any voluntary or involuntary gambling self-exclusion program, exclusion list, or similar responsible gaming or player-protection program administered by any U.S. state, territory, tribal authority, or regulatory body, including but not limited to casino self-exclusion or internet gaming exclusion programs.
By entering the Sweepstakes, each Participant represents and warrants that they are not subject to any such self-exclusion and that their participation does not violate any self-exclusion commitment they have undertaken. The Sponsor reserves the right, at any time, to verify eligibility, disqualify any individual found to be in violation of this provision, and void any entries, prizes, or benefits associated with such participation.
3.8. Final Decisions. The Сompany's decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes are final and binding in all respects.
4. HOW TO ENTER/PARTICIPATE IN THE COMPANY'S SWEEPSTAKES
4.1. Modes of Play. To participate in the Company's Sweepstakes, Participants must collect Sweep Coins while playing games in Promotional Play. The Company's Platform offers two modes of gameplay:
(a) Standard Play - entertainment mode using Gold Coins with no cash redemption value; and
(b) Promotional Play - Sweepstakes mode using Sweep Coins with the opportunity to win redeemable prizes.
Participants may select which mode of gameplay to use when playing games on the Platform.
4.2. Promotional Play Mechanics. When Participants play games in Promotional Play, they will place in-game wagers using Sweep Coins for the chance to win additional Sweep Coins, which are redeemable for real prizes and/or real cash as described in Section 7.
4.3. No Purchase Necessary. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS REQUIRED TO OBTAIN SWEEP COINS. Sweep Coins may be obtained without purchase through the free methods described in Sections 4.4. 4.4. Methods of obtaining Sweep Coins. Participants may obtain Sweep Coins in the following ways:
(a) Daily Login Bonus. A Participant will have the opportunity to be awarded a set amount of free Sweep Coins when they log on to the Platform each day. To create an account, participants may visit www.Uptown.app and follow the required registration steps.
(b) Bonus with Gold Coin Purchase: Participants may obtain Sweep Coins as a bonus when purchasing Gold Coins. The amount of Sweep Coins awarded will vary based on the amount of Gold Coins purchased, and this information will be displayed to the Participant during their Gold Coin purchase in the coin store.
IMPORTANT: While Sweep Coins may be received as a bonus with a Gold Coin purchase, NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY to obtain Sweep Coins or to participate in the Sweepstakes. Sweep Coins obtained without purchase have equal value and provide equal opportunities to win as Sweep Coins received as bonuses with purchases.
4.5. Sweep Coins Balance . A Participant’s Sweep Coins balance will be available when the Participant selects Promotional Play. Sweep Coins may only be used to place wagers while playing games in Promotional Play. The amount of Sweep Coins allocated to Participants may be changed by the Company at any time in its sole discretion. A Participant may view their total Sweep Coins balance, unplayed Sweep Coins balance, and redeemable Sweep Coins balance through their account. Only Sweep Coins earned while playing games in Promotional Play may be redeemed for prizes or cash. For redemption purposes, one (1) Sweep Coin is equivalent to one dollar ($1.00) USD.
4.6. Prohibited Activities. Use of any automated systems, bots, scripts or other technological means to participate, to acquire Sweep Coins, or win prizes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification and account termination.
4.7. Sweep Coins Expiration. Sweep Coins are only valid for sixty (60) days from the date a Participant last logged into their Customer Account. In the event that a Participant does not log into the Customer Account for sixty (60) consecutive days, all accrued Sweep Coins (both unplayed and redeemable) shall automatically expire and be forfeited.
4.8. Sweep Coins Forfeiture. Sweep Coins may be forfeited if:
(a) a Participant's Customer Account is deactivated, suspended, or terminated for any reason in the Company's sole discretion;
(b) a Participant violates these Sweepstakes Rules or the Terms and Conditions;
(c) a Participant is found to be ineligible under Section 3;
(d) Sweep Coins remain unused for sixty (60) consecutive days as described in Section 4.7; or
(e) any other reason determined by the Company in its sole discretion.
5. HOW TO WIN PRIZES WITH SWEEP COINS AND SELECTION OF WINNERS:
5.1. Winning prizes. To win prizes in Promotional Play, a Participant must accumulate Sweep Coins by playing games in Promotional Play. Participants may play games in Promotional Play by placing wagers with the Sweep Coins as described in Section 4.
5.2. Wagering Process. All Sweep Coins wagers will be withdrawn from the Participant's unplayed Sweep Coins balance in their Sweep Coins Wallet.
All Sweep Coins won while playing games in Promotional Play will be added to the Participant's redeemable Sweep Coins balance. Redeemable Sweep Coins may be redeemed for real prizes or cash once the Participant accumulates the minimum number of Sweep Coins required for redemption.
5.3. Insufficient Balance. In the event that a Participant places a wager in Promotional Play but their unplayed Sweep Coins balance is insufficient to cover the amount wagered, the additional Sweep Coins needed to complete the wager will be withdrawn from the Participant's redeemable Sweep Coins balance.
If there is a technical issue with any spin or play round, the spin/round will be voided and all funds will be returned to the player's unplayed Sweep Coins balance.
5.4. Minimum Redemption Threshold. Once a Participant accumulates a minimum of hundred (100) redeemable Sweep Coins, they will be able to redeem for prizes or cash.
5.5. Game Odds and Rules. It is the Participant's responsibility to review the rules, paytables, and odds of winning for each game they play. Game-specific information is available by accessing the "Win Table," "Pay Table," or information button within each game.
5.6. Playthrough Requirements. Unless otherwise specified at the time Sweep Coins are awarded, Sweep Coins must be wagered at least one (1) time in Promotional Play before becoming eligible for redemption. The Company reserves the right to impose playthrough requirements of up to twenty (20) times for certain Sweep Coins allocations (such as promotional bonuses).
6. VERIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION OF POTENTIAL WINNERS
6.1. Verification Requirement. Potential Sweepstakes winners are subject to verification by Company, and the decisions of Company are final and binding in all matters related to Promotional Play.
IMPORTANT: A Participant is not a winner of any prize, even if the online Sweep Coins screen indicates they are a winner, unless and until the Participant's eligibility has been verified and the Participant has fully complied with these Sweepstakes Rules and the Participant has been notified that verification is complete. The Company will not accept Sweep Coins screenshots or other purported evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process.
6.2. Compliance Requirement. Potential prize winners must comply with these Sweepstakes Rules and WINNING IS CONTINGENT UPON FULFILLING ALL REQUIREMENT.
6.3. Identity Verification (KYC). Before any prize redemption, Participants must complete identity verification by providing the following documentation as requested by Company:
a. Government-issued photo identification (driver's license, passport, or state ID);
b. Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 90 days);
c. Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number (required for prizes valued at $2,000 or more in a calendar year);
d. Completed IRS Form W-9 (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification);
e. Any additional documentation reasonably requested by Company to verify identity, eligibility, or compliance with applicable laws.
Failure to provide requested verification documentation within thirty (30) days of Company's request will result in prize forfeiture.
6.4. Additional Documentation. A potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit to Company, an affidavit/declaration of eligibility, and liability/publicity release (except where prohibited) in order to claim his/her prize; any other documentation deemed necessary by Company.
6.5. Disqualification of Winners. In the event that a potential winner of a Sweepstakes prize is disqualified for any reason, including but not limited to:
(a) Failure to comply with verification requirements;
(b) Failure to provide required documentation;
(c) Discovery of ineligibility;
(d) Violation of these Rules; or
(e) Any other reason determined by Company;
Company may, in its sole discretion, either (a) award the prize to an alternate winner, or (b) return the prize value to the Sweepstakes pool.
7. PRIZES
7.1. Prize Redemption. Prizes may only be obtained by redeeming redeemable Sweep Coins earned while playing games in Promotional Play.
7.2. Eligibility for Prize Redemption. To be eligible to receive a prize. A Participant must:
(a) be an eligible Participant in accordance with Section 3 of these Sweepstakes Rules;
(b) have a Customer Account with verified and accurate registration details that match the Participant's legal identity; and
(c) successfully complete all verification requirements outlined in Section 6.
7.3. Payment Method and Account Verification. For security reasons and for the prevention of money laundering and fraud, Company will only authorize a redemption of prizes to a bank account or payment method held in the Participant's legal name. If a Participants provides account details for a bank account held jointly with another person, the Participant accepts that any prizes will be paid into that joint account, and they may require the Participant to supply additional documentation relating to the person who jointly holds the bank account with the Participant so that the Company may identify and verify the joint account holder. Company reserves the right to request alternative payment verification or select alternative payment methods at its sole discretion.
7.4. Tax Responsibilities. Company is not responsible for any taxes, fees or charges associated with a winning or receiving a prize, unless required by the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) or a state taxation body. Participants are solely responsible for all applicable taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or redemption.
Any Participant who receives prizes valued at two thousand dollars ($2,000) USD or more during a calendar year will receive IRS Form 1099-MISC for tax reporting purposes.
Participants who receive prizes valued at two thousand dollars ($2,000) USD or more must complete and submit IRS Form W-9 to certify their Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number and confirm whether backup withholding applies.
Company reserves the right to withhold prizes or payments until all required tax documentation is completed and submitted.
7.5. Prize Delivery Timeline. Participants will receive their prize or cash no more than fifteen (15) business days after the redemption request is approved and all verification requirements are satisfied. Prizes will be delivered at no cost to the Participant, excluding any fees charged by the Participant's bank or payment processor for receiving funds.
7.6. Florida Prize Limitation. For Participants who reside and/or access the Sweepstakes in the State of Florida the maximum amount a prize may be redeemed is limited to $5,000 USD per spin or per play round. Any amounts in excess of $5,000 USD will not be eligible for redemption. Any prize amounts in excess of five thousand dollars ($5,000) USD from a single spin or play round will not be eligible for redemption. Excess amounts exceeding this limit will remain in the Participant's Sweep Coins balance and may be subject to the limitations of this section on future redemptions.
7.7. Prize Substitution. Company reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. No prize substitution or transfer by winners is permitted except by Company.
7.8 Unclaimed Prizes. Prizes that remain unclaimed, or for which winners cannot be verified or contacted, will be forfeited and may be returned to the Sweepstakes pool or disposed of at Company's sole discretion.
8. ENTRY CONDITIONS AND RELEASE
8.1. By Participating, each Participant agrees to:
(a) Comply with and be bound by:
(b) Release and hold harmless the Company and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, the prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising, or promoting the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively "the Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a Participant's entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance or use or misuse of prizes (including travel or activity related thereto) and/or broadcast, exploitation or use of entry; and
(c) Indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys/legal fees) arising out of or relating to a Participant's participation in a given Sweepstakes and/or Participant's acceptance, use or misuse of prizes.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1. No Responsibility for Technical Issues. The Company assumes no responsibility for:
(a) Any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions;
(b) Any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction, or alteration of entries or Customer Accounts at any point in the operation of games played in Promotional Play;
(c) Any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, or communication line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, cameras, computers, or providers utilized in any respect of the operation of a given Sweepstakes;
(d) Inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet, or website, or any combination thereof;
(e) Suspended or discontinued internet, wireless, or landline phone services; or
(f) Any injury or damage to Participant's or to any other person's computer or mobile device, which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in games played in Promotional Play or download of any materials related to Promotional Play.
9.2. Right to Modify or Terminate. If, for any reason, Promotional Play is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, any infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct, Company reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend Promotional Play in whole or in part. In such an event, Company shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Company reserves the right to award any remaining prizes in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Company.
Company and Released Parties shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Sweepstakes.
9.3. Remedy for Errors. If for any reason a Participant's Sweep Coins are confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Participant's sole remedy is replacement by Sweep Coins of an equivalent amount of Sweep Coins.
9.4. Maximum Liability. IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR THE ACCEPTANCE, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
THE RELEASED PARTIES' TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO ANY PARTICIPANT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE VALUE OF THE SWEEP COINS IN THE PARTICIPANT'S ACCOUNT AT THE TIME OF THE INCIDENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) USD, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
10. PUBLICITY
10.1. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes and Promotional Play constitutes each Participant's consent to Company's and its agent's use of Participant's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state/province/territory, prize information for promotional, advertising, trade, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity without further payments, notice, review or consent.
10.2. Where required by law, winners will be required to sign a separate publicity release as a condition of prize acceptance.
11. GENERAL CONDITIONS
11.1. Right to Cancel, Suspend, or Modify. The Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, Promotional Play, or these Official Sweepstakes Rules, or any part thereof, with immediate effect and without prior notice if:
(a) Circumstances outside the Company's reasonable control make it unavoidable;
(b) Any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Company's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by the Company in its sole discretion;
(c) Company determines that the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned; or
(d) Any other reason makes cancellation, suspension, or modification necessary or appropriate in the Company's judgment.
In the event of cancellation, suspension, or modification of the Sweepstakes, Company will post notice on the Website at www.Uptown.app and may provide notice via email to registered Participants.
A Participant's continued enrollment and/or participation in the Sweepstakes following any modification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms..
11.2. Disqualification. The Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be:
(a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of Promotional Play;
(b) acting in violation of these Official Sweepstakes Rules;
(c) acting in any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner;
(d) engaging in fraud or abuse;
(e) using automated systems or bots;
(f) operating multiple accounts; or
(g) otherwise undermining the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.
11.3. Legal Action. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of Promotional Play may constitute a violation of criminal and civil law. Should such an attempt be made, the Company reserves the right to:
(a) seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by Law;
(b) Report such conduct to law enforcement authorities; and
(c) Cooperate with law enforcement in the investigation and prosecution of such conduct.
11.4. Modification of Win Rates and Odds. The Company reserves the right to change the prize win rates, odds, and paytables of any of the Sweepstakes games at any time in its sole discretion.
Participants can view current win rates, odds, and prize information by accessing the "Win Table," "Pay Table," or information button within each game. It is the Participant's responsibility to review the win rates and odds for each game before participating.
11.6. No Waiver. The Company’s failure to enforce any term or provision of these Official Sweepstakes Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that term or provision or any other term or provision. No waiver by Company shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Company.
11.7. Severability. If any provision of these Sweepstakes Rules is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these Rules. The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of any other provision of these Rules.
11.8 Entire Agreement. These Sweepstakes Rules, together with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between Participants and Company regarding the Sweepstakes and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter herein.
11.9 Force Majeure. Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Sweepstakes Rules if such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
11.10 Interpretation:
(a) Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
(b) References to "including" or "includes" mean "including without limitation."
(c) References to Sections are to sections of these Sweepstakes Rules unless otherwise specified.
(d) Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.
(e) References to a person include an individual, company, corporation, partnership, or other entity.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
12.1. These Sweepstakes Rules, and any disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
12.2. If you have any complaints about the Promotional Play, please contact Customer Support via email at support@Uptown.app or mail to Uptown LLC at 4020 Crescent Court, Antioch, California 94509 within fourteen (14) days of the incident giving rise to the complaint. The Company will use all reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve the reported complaint promptly. Complaints should include:
(a) Your full name and Customer Account username;
(b) Detailed description of the complaint;
(c) Date and time of the incident;
d. Any supporting documentation or evidence; and
(e) Your preferred resolution.
For your protection and to ensure the best possible service to you, telephone conversations and other relevant communication between you and the Company may be recorded and/or monitored.
12.3. The Company will not tolerate derogatory, abusive, or violent behavior or statements that are threatening, vulgar, defamatory, or otherwise offensive. Should you behave in such a manner towards Company's employees (as determined in Company's sole discretion), Company reserves the right to suspend and/or close your account, disqualify you from Sweepstakes participation, and stop all communication and/or replies from Company, and/or take further measures as may be deemed appropriate, including reporting to relevant local authorities and law enforcement agencies.
13. WINNER'S LIST:
13.1. Requesting a Winner's List. To obtain a copy of a legally required winner's list for a given Sweepstakes (if applicable and where required by law), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the following address:

Your request must:
(a) Be handwritten or typed clearly;
(b) Include the statement "Winner's List Request";
(c) Include a self-addressed, stamped envelope for return mailing; and
(d) Be received within sixty (60) days after the end of the applicable Sweepstakes period (if applicable).
13.2. Winner's List Content. The winner's list (where required and provided) will include:
(a) The winner's name (first name and last initial);
(b) City and state of residence; and
(c) Approximate retail value of prize won (if applicable).
The winner's list will not include full addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or other personal contact information.
13.3. Privacy. Winners' personal information will be handled in accordance with Company's Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws. Only the minimum information required by law will be disclosed on any winner's list.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES, THE COMPANY'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND THE COMPANY'S PRIVACY POLICY.
YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:
1. No purchase is necessary to enter or win;
2. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning;
3. You meet all eligibility requirements set forth in Section 3;
4. Sweep Coins are non-transferable and have no cash value except when redeemed through the official redemption process;
5. You are responsible for all applicable taxes;
6. Your participation is subject to verification;
7. Company's decisions are final and binding;
8. You have agreed to binding arbitration for dispute resolution; and
9. You have released Company and the Released Parties from liability as set forth in these Rules.
